A member may introduce one visitor at any ordinary Meeting except at a Dealer's Night. No individual shall be introduced more than once during any session.

Members should have regard for the good name of the Society and refrain form interfering with the contents of the meeting or leaving litter therein.

Members are requested not to leave the meeting place before the visit of thanks. When this is unavoidable, an apology to the Chairman or speaker would be courteous.

Members are requested to refrain from selling or exchanging stamps while a visitor is displaying and to refrain from holding conversations while he/she is speaking.

Smoking is not permitted in the meeting place. |
